So I got this truck a month ago and the carb has been shit but I have it running, so I can drive until Friday, after Friday I get to put my weber on, than it'll be perfect, hopefully..
But here she is.

I might go an inch lower in the back, but I want to leave it how it is and get fender flares so I can run my 15x8 deep dish steelies, but I need smaller tires with more stretch first before I rock those.
The front isn't even close to how low I plan to be, just need alignment money first.
I love my interior, except for the steering wheel, I kinda hate that cheap ebay rice wheel..
Yes, that's a house speaker on the floor, it sounds good tho so I don't care hahah
By December I'll have it fitted with nice flares hopefully, it's gonna have a meaty lookin ass, I can't wait!

I really like that ext/int color combo, and I agree that your interior looks great!

Thanks!

Also if anyone has two tires that are 195/70/15 for sale for cheap, like even if they are bald, in the Vancouver/Portland area let me know! I want to stretch that size onto my 15x8's and see how perfect the fitment will be.

I like it. Always thought 720s had more gauges though. Maybe it was the earlier ones or something.

A weber will adjust that thing waaaaaay nicer.

I'm hoping the weber will make things better, I know it will tho. Right now the idle will be high one minute, than so low that I rev to make sure she doesn't die haha..

I have a base model, the better models had a tach, clock, and battery and oil pressure on the center consol.
Also the early models had completely different clusters so those probably had more too, not sure.

got my weber on a few weekends ago, runs amazing and a decent bit of power added, I love it. And I lowered the front to level it out with the back, and today I painted my valve cover blur. Not sure if I am gonna leave it blue or strip it down to bare metal than clear coat, so I'd like to hear what you guys think I should do..

195/70/15 is not stretched at all.

Try a 185/65, 195/55, or 205/50 or 45 for better results.
Even those will be barely stretched.

I don't mean an extreme stretch. But even the 205/70's that I have on my 15x8's has a little stretch to it.

I put 185/65s on 15x8 K5s and that was barely any strech.
And I thought that tire/wheel combo was perfect. At least for a 521.

This isn't the truck you wrecked, is it?

No, this is a different kne, looks very similer though.i think 185/65 is what I'm gonna try because my friend has a set laying around. I don't want a ton of stretch, just enough for these wheels to fit with my suspension how it currently sits, or even lower.

86, so they are like the exact same everything haha. This one isnt as good looking on the outside as my old one but the interior is ten times better than the old one, it's nice to finally have an interior that I like since that's what I look at the most.

And for those of you who noticed, yes, that is indeed a piece of cardboard in front of my radiator... My truck WASNT warming up enough, so I put that there and now once it's warm the needle sits right in half way of H and C, and it warms up quicker too. It was a quick easy, free fix to the problem.

Thanks dude.
It's gonna be looking better in a few months though. The paint is really dull on one side, I think with some polish and all that shit it'll look a lot better. I just need to find a matching hood and fender. And I need to put two tires on my other two wheels, that's why I have steelies in the back right now.
It's gonna be improving a lot in a month or two though
