that's why I thought of you, figured trucks, especially diesel ones, WERE your help. had a buddy with really bad adhd, couldn't sit still to do anything without his medication. put a car in front of him, tell him something was wrong with it, and he could sit with the hood up for hours upon hours tinkering until he got it fixed. figured it was the same kinda thing with you lol

Our Napa rep came in to the shop today. Started telling me about a couple 521s he's thinking about picking up. Said he'd like to fix one and turn the other in to a trailer. If he does there should be lots of parts available. I'll either refer him here or post em myself.

He also has a line on an NL.

It's a salvage title, basically that means if someone hits you, and even if it is their fault, the insurance company will not pay you a dime for the damage, as it is a totaled car that was salvaged
I actually bought that Volvo with that Nissan turbo diesel in it because of just this scenario, some guy hit him and they would not give him a dime, he bought a new 2014 VW turbo diesel to replace the Volvo.

I also saw the box that said manual transmission. I've sold the 210 5-speeds for much more than the $220 asking price. Useable A-series has some value. The scale weight of what's left is probably more than the $220.
All that would just be plan B if it just wasn't able to be a good daily driver.

If it has a 5 speed in it, then it is worth the asking price for sure.

I have a 1977 Datsun 620 king cab for sale or possibly trade. Clean title! It's rusty, but solid, I believe it was a coast truck at one point?? (The pictures don't really show the rust, the bed is the worst part) 3 speed auto trans, It runs and drives great after its warmed up, 245k miles, driver side seat is worn out could use new seats. All glass is good, I just put around $200 into the back window and seal. Interior is very clean other than the seat, and some slight cracks in the dash. And for the right price I might leave my stereo and speakers ($170 clarion stereo, $50 clarion speakers) I'm asking $1500 obo or trade maybe trade for 4runner, Toyota 4x4, Cherokee??? (will add some cash on my end) Text or call 503 575 8198 I will send more pictures.
